Registration
When you register through Ticket Tailor we collect your name, email address and, where provided, your company and job title. We use this to issue your ticket, check you in at the door, and send you practical information about the event. Ticket Tailor and Stripe process this data on our behalf.
Sponsors
Our sponsors make this event free. After the event they receive a report listing the names, companies and job titles of attendees, without email addresses. Sponsors do not receive your contact details from us. If you leave your details at a sponsor's booth, that sponsor is responsible for how they use them.
Photos
Photos are taken during the event for our website, social media and sponsor reporting. Tell a crew member on the day if you prefer not to be photographed.
Retention
We keep the attendee list for 12 months after the event, then delete it. Aggregated figures (number of attendees, companies represented) are kept for reporting.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email us and we respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Tickets
Tickets are free and personal. If you cannot attend, let us know so we can offer your place to someone else. We may change the programme; if the event is cancelled you will be informed by email.
